■ 研究概要

１．なぜその研究をしているのかわが国では、健康寿命の延伸が課題となっています。そうした中で、身体活動は、私たちの健康を支える重要な要因のひとつであり、その促進が求められています。しかしながら、十分な身体活動を行っていない人々が多いことから、その解決が求められています。２．研究手法調査により人々の意識を明らかにし、地域での実践を通して身体活動を促進する環境を明らかにします。３．その研究の結果どのようなことができるようになるのか（わかるようになるのか）健康づくり無関心層に該当する人々が身体活動を促進する方法を提起することが可能となります。４．社会にどのように役立つのか健康寿命の延伸のための具体的な方策の一つとして、研究成果が活用されることが期待できます。
