業績評価システムの設計と効果に関する理論的・実証的研究
◆研究概要
これまでに引き続き，業績評価システムを本研究の主たる分析の対象とする。業績評価システムは，多くの組織の中でマネジメント・コントロールとして導入・利用されている。こうした点は，最近の企業統治（コーポレートガバナンス）においても，特に重要視されている（投資家含む株主保護の観点からも同様に重要視されている）。企業の統治機能としてのマネジメント・コントロール・システムの設計やその効果について，先行研究における知見に基づき，さらに，これまで得られた理論的・実証的な成果を踏まえながら，経験的データを通じた実証研究を実施することを計画している。そのため，関連する文献（管理会計関連・経済学（特に，ミクロ経済学，ゲーム論，エージェンシー理論）から既存の研究成果および研究方法（定量・定性（自然言語処理も含む））のレビューを行う。文献レビューについては，これまでの蓄積もある程度すすめていることから，追加的なものにとどめる一方で，仮説の構築やその検証に注力したい。得られた理論的仮説の実証においては，適宜，定量・定性的な方法（例えば，サーベイの他にも，ミュレーションやさらにケーススタディ）を交えながら，調査・分析を進めていく必要がある。加えて，企業が公表する公開データ（アーカイバル）に掲載される膨大なテキストデータにも注目が研究者からも寄せられ，テキストマイニングの手法（機械学習やディープラーニング）の適用が会計分野でも国内外問わず増えてきている。本研究でも，そうした技術も利用しながら，一般的な経験的データを補完するものとして，実証分析に活用することを検討している。 |
