◆研究課題
節足動物媒介ウイルスの感染様式の解明と検査法・予防・治療法の開発に関する研究
◆研究概要
私の研究は、ヒトや動物に疾病を引き起こす節足動物媒介性感染症に関して、その病態発現機構の解明や感染疫学的解析を行っている。具体的には、①蚊やマダニが媒介するフラビウイルスと相互作用する宿主タンパク質の機能解析、および②マダニ媒介性に感染するトゴトウイルス(THOV)の病原性の解析と検出法の開発を行っている。それぞれの課題について、本年度は昨年度に引き続き、以下の研究項目について検討する予定である。
① フラビウイルスと相互作用する宿主タンパク質の機能解析
1.各種フラビウイルス(日本脳炎ウイルス、ウエストナイルウイルス、デングウイルス)の E 蛋白質に結合するペプチドをファージディスプレーおよび酵母のツーハイブリッドシステムにより同定する。
3.抗フラビウイルスワクチンの持続性の検討
4.フラビウイルスの新規検査法の開発
② トゴト様ウイルスTHOVの病原性の解析と検出法の開発
1.THOVのマウス馴化株クローンの病原性と、病原因子の解析
2.THOVの接種経路の違いによる実験動物に対する病原性の解析
4.野生動物や家畜におけるTHOVの疫学的解析 |
