■ 研究概要

◆研究課題ポストSDGsをめぐるグローバル・ガバナンスに関する研究 ◆研究概要 2015に採択された持続可能な開発目標は2030年にその期限を迎えることから、近年、国連100周年にあたる2045年を目標と想定する次の目標（ポストSDGs）が議論され始めた。本研究の目的は、このポストSDGsを巡る議論を整理し、SDGsを後継するグローバル目標とはどのようなものであるのかについて考察を行うことである。 SDGsは持続可能な社会の構築を目指して策定された17の目標と169のターゲットから構成されるグローバルな目標であるが、多数の規範を抱き合わせた「複合規範」であるが故に実効性の確保が困難であることなどが指摘されてきた。昨年度は、SDGsに対する批判の整理を国連のハイレベル政治フォーラムにおける議論及び既存研究レビューを行い、その成果を２０２３年５月にミネルヴァ出版から刊行予定の共編著に収録した。今年度は、２０２２年度に引き続き、SDGsをめぐる「複合規範」にはどのようなものがあるのか、国連のハイレベル政治フォーラムにおける議論及び既存研究レビューを行うことで整理することを目的とする。
