| 概要 | The subjects were 639 3-year-old children who underwent a health checkup in two towns and two cities in Kyoto Prefecture from January through November, 2019.
Significant associations were found between the processed meat intake, the vegetable intake and the urinary Na/K ratios in the 3-year-old children. Along with an appropriate dietary education, these findings may aid in preventing cardiovascular diseases from childhood in the local community. |
