| 概要 | The presenter explained her research into when and why Japanese students switch from reading and thinking in English (their L2) to thinking in Japanese (their L1) when reading graded readers at or below their English level. She explained the multiple factors that trigger this and the role that working memory plays in comprehension and information storage in the L1 and L2. |
