| 概要 | This study investigates the interactional aspect of local gastronomy tourism platforms currently used in several tourist cities. Interactive exchanges not only between onsite tourism actors and visitors but also between those actors and the local governments are examined by classifying the tourism platform. The target cities include Nara and some other cities in Japan and Europe. The results revealed that, accompanied by the diversification of communication, effective collaborations at the global level between onsite tourism activities and local governments, in addition to interactions and the resulting resonance between visitors and tourism actors, contribute to addressing visitors’ continually diversified preferences. The findings suggest that constructing an effective platform for gastronomy tourism requires proactive interaction between visitors and onsite actors as well as organizational collaboration among different entities. |
