| 概要 | A Contrast Culture Method (CCM) workshop was conducted to explore cultural contrasts between colleagues from differing cultural backgrounds who are required to work together on a project. A spontaneous role play was followed by analysis and discussion of the contrasting attitudes to leadership that were demonstrated. |
