| 概要 | Both platform management and entrepreneurship or startups are important
topic in researchers and businesses. However, little research explores the topic how a startup becomes a platform leader in a cooperative way. To explore this research question, we investigate a platform leader which turned from a startup, through deep case study. From the view point of inter-organization, we found that Connections with network hub and neutral positioning are easier for a startup to expand its platform in a cooperative way. |
