概要 This paper compares the different situations of children in Japanese schools and international schools with regard to bullying and explains the measures that are taken in international schools to prevent bullying. These are: Create an anti-bullying policy and make it known to all stakeholders that bullying will not be tolerated; Establish a procedure to deal with reported incidents of bullying; use a classroom management approach which promotes respecting cooperative learning; Intel values that prevent bullying from taking place through the school curriculum.
