| 概要 | Considering the changes and trends in global markets and institutional frameworks, both the evolution process and business models of global enterprises are analysed from cross-modal viewpoints in the transport sector. Global enterprises have been expanding both horizontally and comprehensively to gain greater competitiveness in their core country and abroad. Their business models have been gradually changing from the ‘local development’ stage to the ‘global’ or ‘mega-global’ stage. These activities have impacted nation's international competitiveness; appropriate measures should be considered to manage these trends, considering specific circumstances in each country. |
