| 概要 | Various transport properties, such as a- and b-axis resistivity (rho(a) and rho(b)), magnetoconductivity Deltasigma, Hall coefficient R-H, and a-axis thermopower S-a, are measured accurately in untwinned YBCO single crystals in a wide range of doping (6.35-7.00). The evolution of the transport properties upon changing oxygen content is described and a number of novel 60-K anomalies in the charge transport are summarized. Also, we present new evidence that weakening of superconductivity at the carrier concentration of 1/8 is responsible for the "60-K plateau". |
