| 概要 | In accordance with Groezen's (2003) model, this paper analyses the PAYGpublic pension scheme and child allowance including opportunity cost by mothers' working. We show that market equilibrium with the PAYG-pension scheme that offsets the opportunity cost of childbearing can increase the number of children and the nursing time. The PAYG-pension scheme and the child allowance to reduce the nursing cost makes it possible for the market equilibrium to attain the social optimum.social optimum. |
