| 概要 | In this paper, we found three conditions to clarify the social network structure for local people solving local problems with social network analysis. One is that a core group exists in the community; the second is that the inside of the core group is an exclusive network; and the third is that a person who has high value of Betweenness centrality is next to the core group. And we showed that using ICT increases the density of the social network in our case. © 2014 Springer International Publishing. |
